2. Service provider

The Service is provided by Taras Huzii, tax code HZUTRS98P08Z138T, Reggio Calabria, Italy (“we”, “us”). Contact: tarasmyhuzii@gmail.com.

3. Description of the Service

The website presents the studio's apps and games and offers an account, a public chat and product news. Amerimnia is an app for managing personal tasks and finances; it works without an account and optionally offers sync, shared features (Groups and Spaces) and an assistant based on artificial intelligence.

The Service is currently free of charge, with no in-app purchases. Amerimnia is distributed as a beta version: it may contain defects and its features may change.

4. Account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, to keep your credentials safe and not to share them; you are responsible for activity carried out with your account. You can also sign in with Google or GitHub.

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service.

You can delete your account at any time at diatypis.com/elimina-account or from the app (Settings → Data → Delete account). Deletion times and methods are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of applicable laws;
• post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, unsolicited advertising or infringes the rights of others, including other people's personal data;
• attempt to access other people's accounts, Groups or Spaces, or the Service's servers and systems, without authorisation;
• overload the Service with automated requests or spread malware;
• decompile, redistribute or resell the app or parts of it, except as mandatorily permitted by law;
• use the assistant to generate unlawful content or send it third-party data you are not entitled to process.

6. Groups and Spaces

With Groups and Spaces you share tasks and expenses with other people. Invite only people who agree to take part. Participants see the data described in the Privacy Policy, including your PayPal.me link and IBAN if you choose to show them.

Amerimnia does not move money and is not a payment service: it calculates who owes what from the expenses entered by participants. We do not verify amounts, we do not guarantee that reimbursements happen and we do not intervene in disagreements between participants. A Space's invite code gives access to its accounts: share it only with participants. When the creator deletes a Space, its expenses are deleted for everyone.

7. AI assistant and receipt scanning

The assistant's answers and the data read from receipts are generated by an artificial intelligence model and may be inaccurate. Check them before relying on them: the app asks for confirmation before creating or changing data proposed by the assistant. These features use your personal Google Gemini key; the terms you accepted with Google also apply to content sent to Google.

8. Website chat

The website chat is public. We may remove messages that breach these Terms and restrict or suspend those who post them.

9. Intellectual property and content

The software, brand, names and graphics of Diatypis and Amerimnia belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The content you enter remains yours. You grant us only the right to store and display it as needed to provide the Service (for example, chat messages until they are removed). We do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

10. Free of charge and purchases

The Service is offered free of charge and involves no purchases. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will update these Terms with prices, payment methods and information on the right of withdrawal before they become available, and no payment will be requested without your express consent.

11. Warranty

The Service, and Amerimnia in beta in particular, is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Amerimnia is not a certified accounting tool and does not replace your online banking or an adviser: keep an exported copy of the data you need.

If you act as a consumer, the rights granted to you by mandatory law remain unaffected, including those of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) on digital content and services.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and in the other cases in which the law does not allow liability to be limited (Art. 1229 of the Italian Civil Code).

In all other cases, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data, nor for decisions made on the basis of the assistant's answers, data read from receipts or balances calculated in Groups and Spaces.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account in case of a serious breach of these Terms or behaviour that harms the Service or other users. Except in urgent cases, we will notify you first and give you a chance to explain. We may also discontinue the Service or part of it with reasonable notice, giving you time to export your data.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app, on the website or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept them, you can delete your account before that date at no cost; by continuing to use the Service after they take effect, you accept them.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Reggio Calabria, Italy, have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction (Art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code), and the mandatory consumer protection rules of the EU country where you live remain unaffected.

We are neither obliged nor committed to take part in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
