Delete your account and related data.

Once the request is confirmed, we permanently delete from our servers:

• the account: email, password (stored only as a hash), active sessions on every device;
• the synced data: tasks, deadlines, transactions, budgets, labels, statistics and the profile with its photo;
• any assistant conversations stored on the server;
• your part in shared Groups and Spaces: your content is removed and your name disappears from the other participants' lists.

If you leave the “delete all related data” box ticked — it is ticked by default — nothing traceable to you remains. If you untick it, we delete only your sign-in credentials, which is the rare case of someone who wants to close the account but keep a Space shared with others running.

The data on your phone never passes through us and we cannot touch it. You delete it yourself, in two ways: in Amerimnia, Settings → Export → Delete all local data, or by uninstalling the app.

The bug reports you sent remain, but they already contain no reference to your account: only the problem description, the app version and the device model. If you want those removed too, say so in the request notes.

The hosting service's technical logs (IP addresses of requests) follow the provider's retention periods and expire on their own: they are not under our control and we do not use them to work out who you are. See the Privacy Policy.

The record of the request itself — email, date, outcome — remains as proof that the deletion was carried out. It is the only data that survives, and it exists precisely so we can answer you if you ever ask whether we really did it.

We check that the request comes from the account holder and act within 30 days, in practice much sooner. You receive a confirmation at the address given once it is done.

Verification is not red tape: without it, anyone who knows your email address could have your account deleted. If the request comes from the app, you have already done everything — your account ID travels with it and the match is immediate.
